The aim of Infinite Wellbeing's After School Club is to support families by providing high quality care, enrichment and healthy snacks, in a safe environment for children at the end of the school day.

Our After School Club forms part of our wraparound care, which is Ofsted registered. Our Ofsted registration number is 2765521.

Booking Sessions - Sessions MUST be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The club is limited to 36 places per day which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Ad hoc last minute bookings may be made, however, spaces are not guaranteed. Please do not send your child to After School Club for an ad hoc booking unless you have had a confirmation. Any pre-booked session must be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance. Any pre-booked sessions not attended and not cancelled 48 hours in advance, will be charged the full session fee. If for any reason there is an After school Club closure we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. In the event of an After School Club closure, session fees will not be charged.

Child Illness - Government guidelines regarding sickness and recommended isolation periods apply to this Club. Parents will be contacted to collect children if they become unwell during After School Club.

Collection - Children must be collected from After School Club each evening by an appropriate adult listed on your registration. To ensure the safe collection of the children the appropriate adult will sign the daily club register. You will be able to collect your child/ren from After School Club up until 6.00pm when the Club closes (term time only). Your child can only be picked up by an alternative adult if prior notification is given in advance and a password arranged for pick-up.

Refreshments - Children will be given a light tea from a menu including beans on toast, sandwiches, pizza, fruit and drinks. We expect that all children attending After School Club will require tea. Tea and drinks will be served around 4.30pm.
