We are incredibly excited to launch Food & Fit, a series of free, family-friendly summer workshops designed …more to get everyone moving, cooking, and playing together. Hosted at our nut-free community centre, each session is packed with everything you need for a brilliant afternoon out: 🧘♀️ Family Pilates: A relaxed, fun movement session tailored for both parents and kids to stretch, build core strength, and exercise together. 👨🍳 Hands-On Cooking: Work as a team to prepare a delicious, healthy meal using fresh ingredients. Each week features a completely different recipe, and we provide all the packaging so you can take your fresh creations home for tea! 🧸 Play Time: The kids will get dedicated time to let off steam and explore our specialist Role-Play Area. 🍎 Healthy Snacks: We’ll keep everyone’s energy up with a nutritious snack and a drink included during the session. When & Where: 📅 Fridays throughout the summer holidays: 31st July, 7th August, 14th August, and 21st August. ⏰ Time: 11:30am 📍 Location: Infinite Wellbeing Community Centre, Heanor Spaces are strictly limited to 16 participants per session to ensure everyone gets plenty of space and support. We will collect the children from school and return to our base at Infinite Wellbeing Community Centre. Once we are there we will begin our activities, have a break for a light tea, then continue with our activities. Children may be collected between 4pm and 6pm. Bookings are flexible, but we …more ask that you book spaces as early as possible to avoid disappointment, and to allow us time to arrange correct staffing ratios for school pick ups. You are welcome to book your child in as often or as little as you like, so you may choose for them to attend one day each week, or every day of the week, it’s entirely up to you! If you plan to book your child's place with less than 24 hours notice, please call or text Rebecca on 07435168707 to check availability. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to cancel your space. Please note that we have a 4 week cancellation period.
